New Spinnaker Club and apartments – Client: Windermere Marina Village

Windermere Marina Village is the Lake District’s premier inland marina and holiday resort  providing a sheltered and safe location for boat owners and owners/patrons of the self catering cottages and luxury apartments.

The existing facilities building, which included a leisure pool, restaurant/bar and management and changing facilities had become outdated and unfit for purpose with many health & safety problems and conflicts of use issues.

The new design separates the pool facilities from the restaurant/bar to create a more manageable building, providing enhanced leisure and social amenities for the patrons.

Thirteen additional holiday apartments have been included in the scheme which represents a major investment and renewal of tourist facilities on Lake Windermere.
