Extension and loft conversion – Private client

This end terrace property has been fully refurbished over a period of six years, including a dining room and office extension at ground floor and a loft conversion to create a third bedroom with dormer window.  Although the extension is not visible from the road, the client was keen to create an addition which enhanced the property utilising stone retained from the demolition of outbuildings to the rear, whilst maximising the design aesthetics of the building with a patent glazed roof.  A loft conversion is accessed via an aluminium and timber spiral staircase with metal hand railing which adds to the simple but modern approach to the refurbishment of the property.
